Discharge Documentation and Continuing Care
This course develops applied SUD counseling judgment related to discharge documentation and continuing care through structured reading, case-based reasoning, reflection, and interactive knowledge checks.

A minimum score of 80%—12 of 15 correct—is required.

Final exam
The cumulative final contains 15 scored questions. The passing standard is 80% (12/15).
Answer keys and grading logic are administrative controls and are not exposed on the public course page.
CERTIFICATE & PROVIDER STATUS
Certificate release remains disabled
When production launch controls are authorized, certificate eligibility will require completion of all modules, all required application checks, a passing final-exam score, the course evaluation, and the learner attestation.
