Because AOD CEU Workshop is not currently accepting public payments or paid enrollments through AODCEU.com, there are no current website purchases to cancel or refund.
Before checkout is activated, AOD CEU Workshop will publish the transactional refund and cancellation terms that apply to course and package purchases. Those terms will describe eligibility, request procedures, timing, treatment of accessed or completed digital course content, duplicate charges, cancellations by AOD CEU Workshop, and any non-waivable consumer rights.
No learner should rely on a pre-launch public listing as proof of CE approval. Paid enrollment will remain disabled until AOD CEU Workshop authorizes launch and applicable provider-status controls have been addressed.
When payment processing becomes active, learners should contact AOD CEU Workshop through the published support channel first so duplicate or incorrect charges can be reviewed promptly. Nothing in a future refund policy will remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
This policy must be updated before paid enrollment is enabled. The effective date will be revised at that time.
